1. About Glowaine

2. Placing an order

You must have the legal capacity to make a purchase or have permission from a parent or guardian where required.

Please provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information. Review your order before submitting it and contact us promptly if anything needs correcting.

An automated order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. We accept your order when we send a shipping confirmation, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If we cannot fulfill an order because of unavailable stock, a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a legal shipping restriction, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute a product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

3. Products and skincare information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, ingredient information, and usage instructions. Packaging may vary by market or manufacturer update. These variations do not permit us to supply a materially different product from the one you ordered.

Review the ingredient list and instructions on the product you receive before use. Contact us if they differ materially from the listing or if you need clarification.

Website content and skincare quiz recommendations provide general cosmetic information. They do not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Individual results and tolerance vary. Introduce new products gradually, test a small area before broader use, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Follow product warnings and seek appropriate medical advice for persistent or severe symptoms.

These statements do not limit your rights concerning defective, unsafe, or misdescribed products.

4. Prices and payments

The currency, applicable discounts, and total amount payable are displayed at checkout. Taxes collected by Glowaine will be shown as required by applicable law.

Payment is processed through the payment services available at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion or other fees outside our control.

Future price changes do not change the price of an accepted order.

5. Shipping and fulfillment

We offer free standard shipping to eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Orders may be fulfilled by third-party partners and shipped internationally from Korea. Glowaine remains your point of contact for order support, returns, and refunds.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy or at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees unless we expressly agree to a delivery deadline. This does not affect your legal rights concerning delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Where available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch. Contact us if your parcel is missing, damaged, or significantly delayed. A tracking status alone does not remove your statutory rights.

6. Customs and import charges

Free shipping does not necessarily include import duties, import taxes, or carrier clearance fees.

Where such charges are payable by the customer, we will disclose that before purchase. Where Glowaine collects applicable charges at checkout, they will be identified there.

We will not impose undisclosed charges contrary to applicable law. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about charges for your destination.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Contact us promptly if you wish to stop an order before shipment. We may be unable to stop fulfillment once processing begins, but this does not remove any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Customers with statutory rights of withdrawal may exercise them within the applicable legal period. Any permitted hygiene exception applies only where its legal conditions are met.

Our voluntary return conditions do not limit your rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe, or misdescribed goods. Your rights against Glowaine are not conditional on reimbursement from our fulfillment partners.

If you create an account, keep your login information secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, malicious software, unauthorized access, or infringement of another person’s rights.
