Requesting a return

Contact helloglowaine@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery to request a change-of-mind return. Imber and the nclude your order nuitems you wish to return. Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us.

For our voluntary change-of-mind returns, skincare must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with any hygiene seals intact. This does not limit your statutory rights.

Contact us for return instructions before shipping anything. Do not return products to the address printed on the delivery package unless we instruct you to do so. Contacting us does not make statutory cancellation rights subject to discretionary approval.

Return shipping

Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Original standard shipping is free, and we do not deduct an original shipping fee or charge a restocking fee.

If a return is required because we supplied a damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired product, we cover the necessary return shipping.

Opened skincare

We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns on opened or used skincare.

Where applicable law provides cancellation rights, the hygiene exception applies only to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Opening an outer shipping box alone does not remove your rights.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs of the product, packaging, and issue.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. Our change-of-mind deadlines do not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For statutory cancellations, we refund without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline—generally within 14 days after your cancellation notice for covered EU and UK orders. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Your payment provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears.

Cancelling before delivery

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. We will try to stop fulfillment, but cannot guarantee that shipment can be stopped once processing begins. This does not affect any applicable statutory cancellation rights.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory rights under the laws that apply to your purchase. Where those laws provide additional rights or longer deadlines, they take precedence.
